Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
1. General Information
ELOOP by eloshl is a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 913 435 285 00014, with its administrative address in Alsace - France.

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales made via the company's website.
2. Products
The products offered are artisanal and unique creations, handmade with carefully selected, sometimes recycled, materials.
Slight variations may appear between the photos and the final product.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI.
Payment is made online, securely, by bank card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
Use of promotional codes
Promotional codes (e.g., welcome code) are valid once per customer and per household.
Any attempt to bypass this limitation, notably by creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses, may result in the cancellation of the order concerned.
4. Order
The order is validated once payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent automatically.
ELOOP by eloshl reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock shortage or technical problem.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days for items ready for dispatch (ELOOP collections).
For customizable models, they are made to order: a delay of 7 to 12 days is to be expected before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen at the time of order.
ELOOP by eloshl cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to delivery.
International Deliveries
ELOOP by eloshl ships to mainland France, the DOM-TOM, as well as several international countries.
For any order shipped outside the European Union, the buyer is informed that:
- additional fees may apply, notably local VAT and/or customs clearance fees charged by customs services and the carrier,
- these fees are entirely at the buyer's expense and must be paid for the package to be delivered.
ELOOP by eloshl has no control over these taxes, which are established by local authorities.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
⚠️ Personalized items or those made upon request cannot be returned, in accordance with article L221-28 of the same code.
7. Return & Refund
In case of an accepted return, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
8. Personal data
The data collected during the order is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
